
Meet the Illustrators & Designers
Meher Khan
Head of Design

Meher is a third-year Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior major. After undergrad, she hopes to work in healthcare to improve access to eye care services in underserved populations. In addition to leading the Design team for the Aggie Transcript, Meher is an undergraduate researcher at the Comparative Ophthalmology & Vision Science Laboratory. Meher enjoys playing racquetball, skateboarding, and reading.
Neha Ramesh
Scientific Illustrator

Neha is a fourth-year Cell Biology major. She plans to pursue a career in the healthcare field and is currently an undergraduate researcher at the Hwang Lab, studying pancreatic cancer metastasis. Aside from creating graphics for the Aggie Transcript, Neha also enjoys reading, baking, and playing with her cats.

Selena fourth-year Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology major.
Angelique Ancheta
Print Designer

Angelique is a fourth-year psychology major and music minor. After graduation, she plans to pursue a career in the mental health field, specifically in helping the youth. Aside from being a print designer for the Aggie Transcript, she enjoys baking, volunteering, playing video games, and playing the violin for VGO.

Print Designer

Sophia is a fourth-year Design and Cognitive Science double-major.
Marinah Tufail
Print Designer

Marinah is a third-year Psychology major doing Communications and Technology Management minors. She works as the Social Media and Special Programs Coordinator at the Cross Cultural Center at UC Davis, and after undergrad, she hopes to use culturally competent media to unite people from different backgrounds and communities. In addition to designing the layout for the Aggie Transcript, Marinah enjoys doing digital art, watching movies, and taking walks.

Bella is a first year Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior major.
Japneet Kaur
Scientific Illustrator & Print Designer

Japneet is a third-year Biotechnology major. She is especially interested in bioethics and biomedical policy and hopes to further this interest as she continues her educational career. She plans on specializing in bioinformatics and hopes to continue on to grad school before pursuing a career in this field. Outside of science, she enjoys writing and engaging in artistic pursuits.
